David Denney

Dave Denney is a Principal Broker with eXp Realty.  In addition to being a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Dave has been designated by the National Asscociation of Realtors as a Certfied Residential Specialist (CRS), a Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).  Dave has been helping people with their real estate needs since 1976.  In his Decades of experience, he has accumulated the experience and wisdom to help his clients navigate the most technically or emotionally difficult transactions.
