Ainslie’s practice focuses on representing and serving his clients in litigated matters. He has broad litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both jury and non-jury cases. Ainslie’s background provides him with a unique blend of both government and civil litigation experience. The first six years of his legal career were spent in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office, where he successfully tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict. In addition to his state and federal court litigation experience, he has successfully represented clients in arbitration hearings across the country, ranging from multinational financial services corporations, to small broker-dealers, to medical services providers to construction companies, to private individuals. While many litigated matters resolve before trial, it is Ainslie’s extensive trial experience that enables him to provide his clients with a realistic perspective that many other lawyers simply do not have. Ainslie received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College Of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. While in law school, Ainslie attended the University of Oxford Summer law program in England and then worked his way through law school as a legal intern in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office White Collar Crime Division. After law school, he was hired as an Assistant District Attorney by the legendary Bob Macy. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Ainslie was selected to be a part of the Special Victim’s Unit, handling the highest profile and often most difficult cases. In 2004 Ainslie left the District Attorney’s office to join a prestigious securities defense litigation firm, where he represented some of the biggest financial institutions in the world in a nationwide securities arbitration and employment practice.
