Administering an estate or selling probate property is very emotional to most people. It is also time consuming.
Discussing the details and having a clear understanding what the process involves is very important.
Determining the current value as well as the decision to keep or sell the property must be clearly communicated. Also to be considered are the expenses in handling the estate and the timeline for each step.
This is clearly a more complex transaction process.
