Loss Prevention and litigated matters include residential construction and all types of commercial projects including hotel/casino, retail and public works projects. My products litigation experience includes the defense of matters relating to health care products, children’s products, asbestos, restaurant franchises, as well as manufacturers in the industrial and mechanical machinery and chemical fields.
