David J. Rothenberg

Prior to entering a career in plaintiff’s law, David had an externship with the Honorable Judge Kerry Early, Eighth Judicial District Court for the District of Nevada. He was responsible for writing bench memos, and researching case law. David also was a Student Mediator at Thomas and Mack Legal Clinic, where he studied mediation theory and practice and mediated cases weekly at the Neighborhood Justice Center and Family Court. In addition, David’s previous experience includes work at the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, which offers legal services to senior citizens, an externship with the Honorable Magistrate Judge Carl Hoffman at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and, was an Academic Research Assistant to Professor Nancy Rapoport. David is a graduate of The University of Nevada (UNLV)’s William S. Boyd School of Law. He attended on a full academic scholarship, graduated Magna Cum Laude. David was on the Nevada Law Journal and is now an active member of the American Bar Association, Nevada Justice Association, and American Inns of Court. David completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration.
