Erik Anderson

Prior to forming Reardon Anderson, LLC, Erik was a partner in a regional law firm dedicated to representing clients in contested civil matters. Erik’s practice has included representing companies and individuals in complex matters involving contract disputes, commercial litigation, construction claims, professional malpractice claims, environmental claims and insurance coverage issues. Erik’s clientele has included national gaming companies, international/national insurance companies, trucking companies, property management companies, bars/restaurants, small business owners, adult day care centers, and insurance agents/brokers. Erik has tried a number of cases before various Courts in New Jersey and has argued before the Appellate Division. Prior to practicing law, Erik worked in the House of Representatives and interned in the White House. Erik received his JD from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. Additionally, he received his Masters Degree in Environmental Law, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. Prior to attending law and graduate school, Erik graduated from The Catholic University of America with a B.A. in politics and an Honors Degree in Environmental Studies. Erik is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of Florida, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Federal District of Court of Florida – Southern District and the Federal District Court of Florida – Northern District. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association – Civil Practice Committee, New Jersey Defense Association, DRI and Eastern Monmouth County Area Chamber of Commerce.
