Mallory Shumaker is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton office. Prior to law school, Mallory attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where she earned her bachelor’s degree in history. While at King’s College, she was the first student to successfully participate in the 3+3 dual program with Villanova Law School. While in law school at Villanova University, Mallory participated in a variety of activities that gave her valuable experience in different areas of law. As a research assistant to Professor Michael Moreland, Mallory was responsible for researching areas of constitutional law focusing on individual rights. As a certified legal intern for the Villanova University School of Law Civil Justice Clinic, Mallory handled client matters ranging from child custody disputes, protective orders, and landlord-tenant disputes. While serving as clerk to President Judge Maureen Beirne in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Mallory gained experience in both criminal and civil matters.
