Mr. Rensch started trying lawsuits out of law school for two years as a Deputy Douglas County Public Defender. For the next five years with Hansen and Engles, Mr. Rensch tried cases for Insurance carriers and individuals regarding personal injuries, medical malpractice and bussiness losses. To the present, Mr. Rensch has represented exclusively persons and companies making claims for injuries and damages caused by the negligence of automobile drivers, doctors, lawyers, developers, cities, counties and states. Mr. Rensch has specialized lately in representing franchisors against irresponsible franchise lawyers. Mr. Rensch enjoys driving his Harley and therefore enjoys representing motorcyclists injured by careless drivers. He is in practice with his son, Sean.
