Rebecca Walsh came to ABC Law Centers in 2011 to focus on her skills in personal injury and medical malpractice. In the past, she worked as a trial attorney on high profile personal injury lawsuits and won million dollar settlements for her clients. Now, birth injury is where her passion lies. As a partner and senior attorney at Reiter and Walsh, her work has significantly contributed to the firm’s consistent award-winning presence. Rebecca brings skill, meticulous attention to detail and determination to Reiter & Walsh, P.C. She provides the knowledge and skill needed to win difficult birth injury cases. Throughout her cases, she makes sure her clients understand the medical and legal process. She brings a wealth of experience to Reiter & Walsh, P.C. In the past, she defended premises and general liability, personal injury, no fault Personal Protection Insurance (PIP), property and commercial lawsuits. She served as a prosecutor for medical malpractice, auto negligence, premises liability, police brutality and false imprisonment, constitutional violations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination. Not only is she recognized as a skillful litigator, she is also known as an educator and speaker. In the past, she taught Legal Methods at Cooley Law School as an adjunct professor. She continues to write and speak about insurance litigation and trial practices on a regular basis.
