I am the founder and principal of a boutique criminal defense law firm located in Rockville, Maryland. I am licensed to practice law in both federal and state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. The Medical Cannabis Law Group (MCLG) is a division of the Law Office of Mike Rothman. The goal of the MCLG is to assist stakeholders (patients, doctors, providers, and caregivers) in medical cannabis states in their transition to the new, regulated medical cannabis marketplace. For more than 10 years, I have been assisting individuals and policy makers with regulatory and legal questions pertaining to medical cannabis, its regulation, compliance, and use.
