David Grant Bimstefer, better known as “Grant Bim” or even “Bim”, was born and raised in Howard County, MD. is a true Probate / Estate professional. Helping 30+ estates and families a year for multiple years in arow. Grant Bim Understands that this is a difficult time and his goal is to figure out quickly how he can take as much load off your shoulders as possible. Grant was raised by his 2 parents, Jim & Valerie Bimstefer, and is the middle brother of Weston and Garrett Bimstefer. Grant Attended River Hill High school for his Freshman / Sophomore year of High School before being recruited to play Lacrosse at Calvert Hall High School, a top 5 Lacrosse team nationwide, in Towson, MD. Grant then traveled down to High Point, NC to Play Lacrosse and study at High Point University, a top 20 Division 1 school which prides itself on not only playing at a high level but building strong moral / work ethics in the players both while at school, and more importantly, after school. Grant Played club for Roughriders, Team Maryland, Brine All American and Brine Team USA Grant Bim has been around Real Estate his entire life and is the 3rd Generation of REALTORS within the Bimstefer “Bim” Family. Started by his Grandmother, Grant was always around the office learning every detail about real estate. Grant Bim Got his license as soon as he was 18 and started working part-time with his Dad, Jim Bim, whenever he had time between sports and School. Grant started his Career full-time after suffering a career ending lacrosse injury his 1st semester of his Senior year while attending High Point University. With the help of the President of the university, Dr. Nido Qubein, Grant was able to come home his 2nd semester and get credits to work full time so he could graduate on time. Grant Graduated from High Point University as a Scholar-Athlete with a Major in Business and Minor in Sales. Under the mentorship of his Father, Grant is off to a fast start in his career Helping on Average 55+ clients sell / Buy per year!! Being that Jim has opened the doors to his 40+ years of wisdom, Grant was the first of the brothers to get into the business full-time and has the knowledge of a 40+ year real estate veteran and still the hunger / energy of a young professional who will get out there and beat the bushes, shake the trees and pound the pavement to make things happen for his clients. In his first year of Real Estate Grant was the rookie of the year for Long & Foster as a whole and as a duo Grant & Jim Bim were over 60% of the office production of 200+ agents. Because of his Great clients, Hard work and dedication Grant has had the honor of being named in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Maryland since he started his full-Time career. Grant in college at High Point University had 2 Teams whose parents were killed in the 911 tragedy, 1 was a pilot on the 2nd plane that hit the towers and another was working in the towers, and for that reason, Grant gives back and participates in the yearly Tunnel to Towers 5k with some of his teammates in remembrance of those who were lost. This truly cemented Grant’s value of giving back through charities like Tunnel to the tower, coaching/training Lacrosse, habitat for humanity and many wildlife charities due to Grant’s love of hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
