Patrick S. Preller is the managing partner of the firm with over twenty years of litigation experience in federal and state courts throughout the region. Mr. Preller is recognized as one of the most able trial lawyers in Maryland, and has enjoyed an extraordinary record of success.  In 1998, Mr. Preller graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served as an associate editor on Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Preller clerked for the Honorable Maurice W. Baldwin on the Circuit Court of Maryland for Harford County. He then accepted an appointment as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore City, where he prosecuted thousands of felony narcotic, general felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Since 2004, Mr. Preller has worked in private practice at the law firms of Rosen and Esterson and the Preller Glass Law Firm, LLC.  His principal areas of practice include complex civil as well as criminal litigation and appeals. As a prosecutor and in private practice, Mr. Preller has tried hundreds of criminal and civil cases. He has not lost a jury trial in any criminal matter in over a decade. Mr. Preller was recently ranked as a top 20 best criminal defense attorney in Maryland by Expertise.com.  Mr. Preller also teaches Fourth Amendment and Criminal Procedure as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore.
