Jeremy Y. Weltman

Jeremy Y. Weltman is a partner in the Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein litigation practice group where he brings an assertive and practical, results-oriented approach to help resolve clients’ personal and professional legal issues. Jeremy’s concentration is civil and commercial litigation, encompassing KCL’s varied general litigation practice with substantive experience handling complex commercial and business litigation, employment litigation, real estate disputes, construction, class-action, civil rights, ADA accessibility litigation, multi-party product liability, consumer protection, insurance coverage, municipal disputes, appellate advocacy and other tort based litigation matters. Jeremy has adeptly litigated and negotiated disputes for a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized and small businesses, property owners, condo associations, contractors, insurers and disenfranchised individuals. He has successfully tried cases in Massachusetts and New Hampshire (pro hac vice) state courts, briefed and argued matters in the US District and Appeals Courts, and has represented clients in alternative forms of dispute resolution with favorable results. Jeremy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver in 2001 with a B.S. degree in Psychology and minors in Biology, Business and Philosophy. During his time at DU, he earned the distinguished Hornbeck Scholar award for maintaining a 4.0 grade point average for over 85% of his collegiate curriculum and was invited to join several esteemed honor societies including Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key. Jeremy earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2004. Jeremy has earned an AV rating (the highest rating available in consideration of both legal ability and ethical standards) from Martindale-Hubbell, the country’s leading peer review rating system for attorneys. He was also recently selected to the Super Lawyers® 2013, 2014 & 2015 MA Rising Stars list.
