As a trial lawyer, Attorney Weberg has extensively litigated a variety of legal issues, including eyewitness identification, coerced confessions, repressed memories, and search and seizure. While practicing in New Hampshire, Attorney Weberg provided litigation support to other attorneys in the areas of eyewitness identification and trial skills, including jury voir dire. During law school, Attorney Weberg worked for Hon. Gary Katzmann of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, The Innocence Project – New Orleans, and Prisoners’ Legal Services (formerly Massachusetts Correctional Legal Services).
