Erin Whelan Pennock

Attorney Erin Whelan Pennock is an experienced attorney who has a wide range of experience in matters relating to family law and alternative dispute resolution. Attorney Pennock focuses her practice primarily in the areas of family law, specifically divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, post-divorce matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, retirement division and alimony. Clients appreciate her compassion and ability to connect with them during a difficult time. Attorney Pennock works with her clients and opposing counsel to create creative solutions to the complicated situations that can arise in the midst of a divorce or child-related dispute. She devotes her practice to finding alternatives to litigation and is a trained collaborative law attorney and mediator.
