Jacob Chapman

John “Jacob” Chapman graduated cum laude from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2010. His primary practice areas include business litigation; general liability and products liability defense; personal injury; insurance coverage and defense; medical malpractice; labor and employment; family law; and state and municipal civil service law. Jacob is experienced drafting and reviewing all forms of contracts, including: employment agreements, non-competition agreements, operating agreements, independent contractor agreements, sales and lease documents, construction contracts, etc. He has represented contractors and homebuilders in New Home Warranty Act and related breach of contract claims. He has also represented physicians, hospitals, and other medical professionals at every stage of litigation, from the medical review panel all the way through the Louisiana Supreme Court.
