Mark E. Yonts

Mark Yonts is an experienced real estate attorney of over 26 years who regularly provides advice to local, state, and federal governmental agencies regarding the acquisition of property for roadway projects, easement acquisitions, airport expansions, and other construction matters. He also performs residential and commercial real estate title examinations and closings. He routinely works with banks and other lenders to make sure client transactions run as smoothly as possible. Mark also provides legal advice regarding complex real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, drafting of documents, lease agreements, title opinions, financing options, and troubleshooting. If litigation is necessary, he provides litigation support and advice for clients. Prior to joining Urbon Yonts, Mark ran a state-wide title company and a multi-state construction company.
