Kyle Eugene Krull

Kyle is the author of a nationally-syndicated newsletter for Estate Planning attorneys. In addition, Kyle has written for and been quoted in a number of industry publications, including Trusts & Estates magazine, The National Law Journal, Lawyer’s Weekly USA, Broker World, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Kiplinger’s Retirement Report, Wealth and Retirement Planner, Inc. (magazine), The Kansas City Star, Bankrate.com, The Business Journal of Kansas City, KC Small Business, Ingram’s and Money magazine. In addition, Kyle serves on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Financial Planning. Kyle has provided continuing education instruction to fellow attorneys, accountants and financial professionals at local, regional and national programs. In addition, he is a frequent public speaker on the subject of Estate Planning to a wide variety of lay audiences. Prior to entering private practice, Kyle served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1984 to 1989, in West Germany. Kyle and his wife, Gretchen, have been married since 1981, and have three daughters. In addition to enjoying time with his family and serving on the Board of Stewardship at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Kyle is a Certified Instructor with Walk Thru the Bible Ministries, presenting Old Testament Seminars in local churches. Kyle serves on the Medical Ethics Committee of the Specialty Hospital of Mid-America and as a volunteer Attorney Advisor for Kansas City Hospice. Kyle serves as a Commissioner on the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission. When his schedule permits, you may find Kyle on family property outside Mound City, Kansas, tromping around in the woods or sitting on the creek bank. He is a lousy golfer.
