In Federal court, I have defended clients charged with matters such as Possession of Child Pornography, drug trafficking, Illegal Re-entry by Deported Felon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, as well as white collar offenses like Wire Fraud, Bank Fraud and Tax Evasion.
