Fred Grady

Fred Grady was raised in Valparaiso, and is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business, with a degree in finance, and of Valparaiso University School of Law. Fred gained valuable litigation and trial experience as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, as lead counsel on numerous jury trials involving a wide variety of Federal criminal violations and civil actions. During his tenure at the United States Attorney’s Office, Fred was assigned to work with the Special Grand Jury on white collar crime and political corruption with the Chicago Strike Force investigations. Fred has also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Indiana University Northwest in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and has lectured at and contributed to the Trial Advocacy curriculum at Valparaiso University School of Law. As a private practitioner, Fred has successfully utilized his background and experience to serve the firm’s clients through thoughtful representation on a broad range of services.
