Justin Thane Bowen
Attorney Justin T. Bowen received his law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he was named Law Student of the Year in 2004. Mr. Bowen has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals, and has worked for one of the largest defense law firms in the Midwest, where he practiced toxic torts litigation and defended industrial manufacturers. Attorney Bowen adjunct teaches law courses at a state college, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. Mr. Bowen serves on the Indianapolis Bar Association Pro Bono Committee, as well as the Indianapolis Bar Foundation Development Committee. Attorney Bowen is admitted to practice in front of many Indiana county courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. At Bowen & Associates, LLC, Attorney Bowen devotes his entire practice to litigation. He places an emphasis on dividing and valuing complex and high net worth marital estates, high profile/ professional athlete litigants, assessing compensation and benefits, tracing assets, and drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
