Bryan Tisch learned early on while attending Purdue University that he wanted to pursue a career in law. In addition to his exposure to the law through a number of his business courses, Bryan was fortunate enough to have first hand experience assisting others as a result of completing an externship with Legal Services of Indiana in Lafayette, where he assisted indigent individuals. During this time, he was exposed to a variety of matters including child custody, divorce, employment law, housing, medical assistance, social security, debt collection, and personal injury. It became clear to Bryan as a result of this experience that he wanted a career helping people find their way to justice through the legal system. Bryan attended Indiana University School of Law, where he enjoyed his course work in areas touching upon personal injury and medical malpractice. Bryan developed an immediate interest in trial work and sought and participated in internships within the Marion County Superior Courts, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Judge William Nelson, and Judge Barbara Collins. Through his internship, Bryan was able to observe, assist and provide support in several trials. As a result, Bryan was able to see first hand theory meet practice. Bryan started working for the Yosha Law firm in the summer of 2001 and has been with the firm since that time. He has worked on a number of cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death and has acted as counsel on numerous jury trials; all involving representation of victims of personal injury. In 2006, Bryan was recognized for his outstanding jury verdicts obtained for victims of personal injury in the State of Indiana. Bryan is an active member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association where he has been a sustaining member for the past three years.
