Jane H Ruemmele
Indiana
I am a 1984 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. I have focused on criminal defense and family law for the majority of my thirty years of experience. I have handled many jury trials and filed many appeals before the Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court. I have been a speaker on multiple occasions covering topics of motions practice, speedy trial rights, evidentiary issues, and due process analysis. I have worked for the firms of McClure and Kammen, Laudig George, Rutherford & Sipes and Ice Miller obtaining experience and knowledge in the areas of multi-jurisdictional federal litigation and real estate. I have also worked at the State Public Defender and the Marion County Public Defender Agency where I was able to handle major felony cases, some of which were high profile. I am now retired from the County and applying my years of criminal and litigation experience to a practice located in Carmel, Indiana serving the Central Indianapolis and Northern Indiana areas and surrounding counties. Turning a hobby into a profitable venture, I invented the game â€Chronologyâ€, distributed in the US through Buffalo Games, and in Sweden through Egmont.
