James Bendell
Idaho, Washington, 9th Circuit
I am an attorney helping those injured due to the negligence of others. I have over 35 years of trial experience, and 16 of those years were devoted primarily to representing insurance companies in injury cases. That experience has given me the ability to analyze injury cases from the insurer’s and insurance attorney’s perspective, giving my clients an edge in fighting for fair financial compensation for their injuries. My background also includes working as a Superior Court Commissioner and Judge Pro Tem, giving me the perspective of how judges assess the litigants appearing before them. Over the years I have handled just about every type of injury case, including back injuries, single and multiple limb amputations, paraplegia, burns, wrongful death, child molestation and brain damage. I am also a husband, father and member of our North Idaho community. I like to think that I am a lawyer with a heart for my clients, especially when battling the sometimes heartless insurance companies. I am a graduate of Rutgers University Law School, and worked as a prosecutor before entering private practice. I am licensed to practice law in Idaho and Washington. I am a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
