Dave Morgan

Dave is an Idaho native and has been with Coldwell Banker since 2004. He recently lost his father in 2017 and his mother last Thanksgiving and understands how hard and overwhelming things can be after a loved one passes. This is why he enjoys helping people get thru this difficult time by not only selling an estates home but all the other things people need done to help bring closure and take pressure off of all the parties involved.  Being here in the valley for almost 50 years, Dave has a wealth of local knowledge and contacts to share with clients. 
In his spare time, you can find Dave attending sporting events, rafting, or lifting something heavy!
