Ileana M Rivera

Ileana M. Rivera graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Rivera later graduated with a Juris Doctor at the Interamerican University and passed the Puerto Rico Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District Bar. She interned at the Public Defender’s office in criminal defense, interned at the Interamerican University Legal Clinic, and worked as a law clerk to Honorable Brian K. Tester, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge. Rivera worked Pro Bono at the Puerto Rico Bar Association for one year. Worked for two years for the Supreme Court, creating and developing the visitor’s educational program. The program focused on teaching thousands of visitors about the judicial system as well as the historic Supreme Court. Attorney Rivera opened a law firm and, throughout the years, has worked with other law practitioners of immigration law since 2014 to the present. Rivera created LawAlly, an educational platform that teaches how to prepare applications for immigration processes.
