Carol Lawrence
Carol Lawrence, along with her husband, is co-owner/broker of RE/MAX Associates, Inc., a RE/MAX, LLC franchisee since December 1984.¬† Carol has been a real estate practitioner for more than 40 years and her practice is focused in three main areas: probate and trust administration, bank-owned properties, and “traditional” owners of real property, that is, individuals whose homes or other real estate is not in a distressed state or, otherwise, being compelled to sell.¬† Contributing to her knowledge bank is Carol’s experience as a Florida-licensed attorney.¬† She closed her law office 2 years ago, however, she retains her Florida Bar membership in inactive status.¬† Carol uses her knowledge and 17 years of experience in the fields of estate planning, probate, trust administration and real property law to assist personal representatives and their attorneys with the timely disposition of their loved ones’ real property assets, usually a single family home or condominium.¬† Carol also owned and hands-on managed her own title insurance agency for more than 10 years.¬† Her knowledge of the need for cutting through the often little-understood processes of what goes into bringing about a real estate closing that is as trouble-free as possible, is a valuable addition to the skills she brings to her real estate ractice.¬† Another niche market that Carol has served for more than 30 years is that of bank-owned (foreclosed) real estate.¬† Just as Carol carefully manages the assets of her probate and trust clients, she gives the same level of attention to the real property assets of banks, asset management companies and other mortgage lenders in the timely disposition of their real property assets so they can free up the capital encumbered by what almost always if a vacant residential dwelling.¬† Carol’s third area of focus are what she calls “traditional” sellers of real estate.¬† This is individuals or families who for one reason or another desire or need to sell their home, condo, or commercial property.¬† As with all her real estate clients, Carol goal is to deliver the very best selling experience for them that is within her power.
