I have been a Realtor¬Æ with Watson Realty Corp in Deland, Florida since 2001. I specialize in Residential and Vacant Land Sales in the Central Florida area and I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I love to learn and I am always continuing my education in Real Estate. The designations I have received throughout the years are my CRS®(Certified Residential Specialist), SRS®(Seller Representative Specialist), SRES®(Senior Real Estate Specialist), and most recently my CPRES®(Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist).
When I am not doing Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with the love of my life Jim (married since 1991) and my three amazing children. My favorite hobbies include traveling on Cruise ships, Camping in the RV, working on my old farmhouse in North Carolina, attending baseball games and NASCAR events.
