My clients and referral clients come 1st!  I spent 20 years in Hi Tech national account management and business management before entering the real estate industry in January of 2004.  As a result, I understand what servicing clients is all about.  You can expect premier client follow-up and professionalism, every step of the way! I am passionate about educating my clients throughout my time serving them and excel in negotiating the win/win to successfully assist them in the sale or purchase of a home.  I am not transactionally based; I endeavor to serve my clients and referral clients for life.  I currently hold the following designations: GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institue), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist).   It has been an honor to serve as a member of the Agent Leadership Council in my office since 2010 and am an instructor in our office as well.  I work with all age groups, with specialties working with our Senior community to include estates and probate as well as luxury properties serving numerous communities along the front range.  I have been a resident of Colorado Springs/Monument since 1994, married 36+ years, three wonderful sons, three incredible grandchildren and I enjoy reading, skiing, gardening, remodeling, and wine enthusiast!
