Leigh Fodor

I was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, but have been in the equally amazing state of Colorado since 2000. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Business degree and entered the fun and crazy world of the restaurant/bar industry. Wanting more time for my family, I went back to school and got my Masters in Information Technology and Project Management. For the past 18 years I have been blessed to be working in my family’s retail store. I started my real estate journey with my husband at an early age, as investors living in our first multi-unit investment property. I have continued to grow my passion for real estate throughout the years in many different real estate areas.  As an investor I was very familiar with Probates, but now as a licensed real estate agent I have even more tools to help administrators through the Probate process.  I also have my Short Sale & Foreclosure designation because I know helping people through these processes takes patience, time, and knowledge of distressed properties.  I also like to assist the growing retirement (or 50+) market with my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.
