Bill Powell has been a licensed realtor in the state of Colorado since 2017. Bill’s specialty is in the residential market of buying, selling and investing in real estate. He works the entire Denver Metro area. His experience consists of helping families to avoid probate, help those in probate, and assist families in the settling of their estate. For obvious reasons, Bill brought both his Estate Planning (25 years of experience) and the Real Estate Probate specialty together because of how they go hand in hand.
