Hello, I am Rosie Wilcox, but you probably already know that much. Lifelong resident of Ventura County.
Wife & Best Friend to the love of my life, Scott Wilcox, a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. Mother of two, Cloie our Princess and Noah our Ninja. Actually we are all Ninja‚Äôs! We‚Äôre a family that does MUCH together. Being active in our community and our children’s life is a must! Like any and every family we have our ups & downs. The seasons of life are ever changing. Probate!
Why probate you may ask. After working alongside my husband for many years, I was able to help in the settling of MANY estates for his clients. I often found myself thinking, “It‚Äôs hard enough dealing with the death of a loved one, to then turn around and have to deal with re-telling the story every time they make a call for dealing with the estate.” With every estate I had to process I did as much work as possible on behalf of the Personal Representative (PR) so all they, the living Personal Representative (PR), had to do was sign forms. From calling institutions, calling Attorneys, completing forms, meeting with clients and even being a Notary, my goal was to make it as easy as possible for the PR.
When deciding to return to my own (pre kids) career I knew from the beginning this was an area I wanted to specialize in. While most people will only ever deal with settling an estate 0-2 times in their life, I have lost count on how many have gone through my hands. Being able to help others during their darkest hours has been very rewarding for me. The rest is now history!
