Beginning in Escrow, Tom was involved in the day-to-day tasks of what it takes to make a real estate transaction actually happen. From the opening to the closing, he has seen every possible situation during his years in that field. From Escrow, Tom moved to the Mortgage side of real estate. Learning fast the intricate details of loan origination, he quickly became a top company producer and used this knowledge to better assist clients for years. Knowing the “behind the scenes” of the Loan and Escrow industry has given our team a competitive edge and allows us to save people thousands of dollars in loan and escrow costs. Naturally, the next level of real estate was to actually take this Escrow and Finance experience and apply it to the Sales aspect. Starting in 1994, Tom began marketing and representing real estate transactions in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. We have been a top producing team over the years for companies like Paramount Properties, Pinnacle Estates, Re/Max, and now Keller Williams Realty. Being a member of the Re/Max network allowed us to market and expose our listings on a global level. However, Keller Williams Realty’s power has proven to be the new leader in real estate with name recognition, global exposure, and marketing tools second to none. In striving to provide a high level of service in real estate, we are always learning from other top-producing sales professionals through real estate coaching, networking, and seminars.
