My goal is to change people’s perspective of my industry one person at a time by providing ‘Client-centric’ service putting the needs of the clients and their families first. Sometimes therapist, sometimes friend but always professional, thorough and compassionate.

With 29 years of experience I bring an unusual depth of knowledge of both lending and real estate to my client?s side of the transaction. Being an avid advocate, counselor and masterful negotiator with a dash of pit bull is what makes me love what I do, all with a servant leader?s heart.

My personal focus is on Estate & Trust matters and Real Estate issues related to Family and Probate Law. Despite a practice that is geographically diverse throughout San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties, I have extensive experience and expertise in the Fire Mountain and “South O” communities in North San Diego County as that is where I make my home.

I began my career in Wholesale Mortgage Lending in 1989 before transitioning to full time real estate sales in 2007. After divorcing in 2008 I decided to make helping people through life transitions when it comes to selling property as I had to deal with it myself.

Today our team?s resources, both human and technology based, are as extensive as any brokerage in the business. These resources allow us to provide; real time market data, timely client communications and the incorporation of “best and current practices” in marketing and selling homes.
