Back in year 2001, I found that more than 20 years experience as a bank officer, dealing with agricultural and agro-industrial development projects which all had real estate financing and development components, equipped me with skills that were a perfect match with a career in the real estate industry.
After actively being in the real estate industry for more than 17 years and running my boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Toronto, Canada. I moved to Burbank, CA. to be closer to family especially my lovely granddaughter.
Combining accumulated knowledge and experience with extensive training in the Probate process made me qualified to become Certified Probate Real Estate to help more people.
Walking Probate Executors/Administrators through the Probate process before, during and after liquidating Estate Residential/commercial properties, as well as helping them to experience smooth transaction and outstanding results, is what I am committed to.
In general, helping people is what I love more than anything else, I enjoy the rewarding experience of connecting my clients with their dream home and the problem solving that’s involved in each deal. I feel more rewarding while I help Probate Real Estate clients, since for clients, things are more complicated than normal Real Estate transaction and timing is so sensitive, and I know how to approach them.
To do so, I put my consulting hat at first meeting. I won’t take any action before realizing what would be the best option to properly help Probate Real Estate clients. I educate them to become familiar with probate real estate process. By this means and to compare with other realtors, Probate Executors/Administrators will have opportunity to realize the benefit of working with Certified Probate Real Estate.
