He is committed to continuing his real estate education and knowledge-base and holds numerous real estate industry designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Expert, Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative(ABR) and the certified Scottsdale Residential Real Estate Expert of which Todd is one of only 85 Realtors in the State of Arizona to obtain this distinction. Additionally, Todd is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist(CPRES) which allows him the ability to guide families and individuals through selling real property through the probate process.
