Michael W. Goltry holds a chemistry degree from the College of Idaho and a law degree from Brigham Young University. After graduating law school, Michael moved to Washington, D.C, where he was a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Frank Q. Nebeker of the United States Court of Veteran’s Appeals. Michael is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1995. He has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications, and patent applications relating to a wide variety of technological fields including the farming, communications, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, computer, computer software, and semiconductor fields. Michael is the managing partner of Parsons & Goltry, an intellectual property law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, an active member of the state bar of Arizona, is an affiliate member of the state bar of Idaho, and is an a avid fly-fisherman. The focus of Michael’s practice is to provide premium intellectual property legal services tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.
