Though I graduated from the top law school in the country and most of my classmates went to work for large law firms representing big companies that was never for me. I have spent my entire legal career representing injured people in their battles with insurance companies, first doing personal injury work, more recently doing exclusively workers’ compensation. Unlike many of my colleages who also handle Social Security Disability cases I limit my practice strictly to workers’ compensation, that is my sole area of interest and expertise. The economics of a workers’ compensation are such that most of my colleagues feel they need a high volume practice to earn a decent living. I have found what I feel is a better way-I limit my practice to representing only those clients who have moderate to severe injuries and have missed a significant amount of time from work as a result. By doing that my clients get all the personal attention they need and I am still able to be compensated fairly for the hard work, commitment and expertise I provide.
