After thirty years of practice in NY, my wife, Shelley, and I moved to Boca Raton, FL (NY with FL weather). In addition to creating, editing and publishing CasePrepPlus.com, a comprehensive paid subscription online annotated advance sheet service for the NY Bar from 2006 to 2014, which is now published by NYSBA as a member benefit, I continued providing consultations and drafting motions and appeals for a few of my colleagues back in NY, and handled first party PD hurricane and tropical storm claims, private LTD and group ERISA claims, and general legal matters as a member of the FL Bar. Now, having moved to the “Valley of the Sun,” Phoenix, AZ in 2018, I am limiting my practice to those lawyers who can’t find the time to draft “heavier paper” (significant motions, briefs, appeals) and trial prep.
