Carissa Kaye Seidl
Arizona
Carissa whizzed through law school in just 2-1/2 years. She attended Hamline University School of Law in her home state of Minnesota for 1-1/2 years and then completed her law education as a “visiting student†at Arizona State University School of Law. Her status as an overachiever started long before law school, though. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Justice Studies and a minor in psychology. She won the CALI award for excellence in Torts II in law school, was a recipient of a Richard P. Erickson Scholarship, was on the Dean’s List every semester of college and law school, and was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. But don’t think Carissa is “Miss Studious†and no fun. She taught ballroom dancing for a few months and auditioned to be on TV’s The Bachelor. How’s that for a well-rounded background? Carissa is also athletic. She enjoys volleyball, softball, mud-runs and 5K runs, hiking, and skiing. She likes to travel as well and is an avid sports fan. Her teams are the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona State University Sun Devils, and Minnesota Twins. She attends one “away†Cardinals game every year so that she can experience other NFL stadiums and the other teams’ local customs. While people around the office might describe Carissa as “loud and funny,†she’s also a loyal, compassionate attorney who is honest to a fault and 100% dedicated to her clients.
