Born a native to Arizona, I’ve seen all types of change to the real estate landscape, not only have I witnessed the changes I have been in the middle of them since I was 18 years old. When I bought my first house I was very happy to get a first mortgage for 10% interest and the second mortgage at 17% as those at that time were very competitive rates. Since that early start I have not only purchased many homes at much more desirable interest rates but have helped other’s fulfill their dream of being a homeowner.  I started my professional real estate career as an investor in 2003 buying and flipping homes, by 2005 I decided to get my real estate license and provide the service that I felt was missing in my experiences with the realtors that I had dealt with during that time.  I’ve been married for 29 years to my wife Kelly. Together we have raised two children who are both out starting their own incredible journey of life. We take every chance we get to enjoy all of the exciting things to do in this state from going to many sports venues to cheer on our teams or going up north to explore the great outdoor adventures that are so prevalent in our state.  One thing I love about being a Real Estate Professional is the feeling of accomplishment when helping people with all of their real estate needs. Whether they are a first time home buyer, moving up to a bigger home for a growing family or downsizing because the family has grown and left the nest. One other great experience is helping people that are still underwater on their home and need assistance.
