Karen Baim Reagler is partner of Baim Reagler & Naramore, PLLC, located in Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village. Mrs. Reagler focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, guardianships, uncontested adoptions, powers of attorney, and corporate law. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas, and Missouri. Mrs. Reagler earned her B.A. (religion) degree from Duke University and her M.A. (Near Eastern Studies) and J.D. (law) degrees from Washington University. She completed her LL.M. (masters of law) in Elder Law and Estate Planning at Western New England University. Mrs. Reagler clerked for the Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. She is a member of Wealthcounsel, the Arkansas Bar Association (Elder Law, Tax, and Probate Sections) and the Garland County Bar Association. Her article Come Hell or High Water: a Water Regime for the Jordan River Basin was published in the Washington University Law Quarterly. Mrs. Reagler has served on the board of the Leo N. Levi Hospital for more than 13 years. She served as chair of the auction committee for the American Heart Association’s local Heart Ball for 5 years and was on the board of Hot Springs’ Fifty for the Future for 3 years.
