Scott Kadien is an experienced trial attorney having tried dozens of jury trials as a defense attorney and a prosecutor. He has successfully tried all types of crimes ranging from DWI to Capital Murder. His extensive trial experience as an attorney and his 23 years as a police officer make him uniquely qualified to defend people charged with any type of crime in Arkansas. He served as an Criminal Justice adjunct professor in the State of New York University System for 12 years. Scott has spent his entire life in the criminal justice system. During his police career he completed several specialized trainings that are helpful in defending clients such as a DWI standardized field sobriety test instructor, criminal investigations and forensic interviewer. Scott holds an MA in Criminal Justice, Boston University. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and New York.
