Robert Lockhart is a founding member and serves as the managing partner of the Sacramento, California and Scottsdale, Arizona offices of Lockhart Park, LLP. Mr. Lockhart has more than 20 years experience litigating personal injury, construction defect and commercial matters. Mr. Lockhart has special expertise in the representation of subcontractors, manufacturers and material suppliers in construction related disputes. Mr. Lockhart was a partner at LaMore, Brazier, Riddle & Giampaoli before founding Lockhart Park, LLP with JuLyn Park. He has litigated complex construction cases through arbitration and trial in both state and federal courts. Lockhart Park, LLP’s construction litigation practice now serves the needs of clients throughout Northern and Central California and across the State of Arizona. Mr. Lockhart was born in Connecticut and grew up in the greater Boston area. He moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1980’s. Mr. Lockhart attended the University of California Berkeley, where he graduated with a B.A. in Psychology before earning both his J.D. and MBA from Santa Clara University in 1990. He has been admitted to practice law in California for 23 years, and in Arizona for 18 years.
