Mark R. “Hawk” Thomas is Managing Partner at The Reid Group, where he develops and counsels selected enterprises through its Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Reid Law PC and Reid Ventures LLC. Colonel Thomas is lawyer, executive, engineer, aviator, and military officer with more than thirty years combined experience and tested leadership in technology development, federal contracting, and legal advocacy. Colonel Thomas advises, represents, and fosters entities seeking to establish, protect, or enhance their presence in government markets. His practice is exclusively tailored to guiding businesses through the legal complexities, bureaucratic barriers, technical challenges, and business decisions inherent to procurement transactions and disputes involving commercial enterprises and government agencies.
