Ms. Gregg has significant experience in the review and negotiation of Purchase & Sale Agreements, residential and commercial mortgage loan closings, acquisition, transfer, leasing and development of residential and commercial properties, condominium conversions, title examinations and certifications, issuance of title insurance policies, resolutions of title and boundary disputes, zoning and licensing work.
