Jonathan D. Molleur
Massachusetts, United States District Court, District of Massachussetts
I concentrate my law practice in the areas of Criminal and Landlord-Tenant Law. Going through an eviction or being arrested can be a traumatizing experience with dire consequences. Growing up in an economically challenging environment has given me a unique perspective as an attorney. I have personally experienced the struggles involved with not having access to legal representation as a result of a lack of finances. I strive to advocate for the indigent population because that is who I am and that is who I care about. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2017, I have not forgotten where I came from. My Landlord-Tenant practice allows me to represent individuals who normally could not afford legal representation. I also strive to volunteer my services free of charge at least one day a month in my local housing court. I have even taken on cases entirely on a Pro Bono basis. If you are facing an eviction action or have been charged with a crime in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts feel free to reach out to me for a free initial case evaluation.
