Born & raised in Oakland. I have been committed to real estate service for 16 years. I have experience with probates, trust, foreclosures and short sales. My tenacity and negotiating skills has provided me with professional success. ¬†I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Working with clients who have lost love ones and have to go through probate, the process can be overwhelming but I have the personality and the experience to ease them during and after the process, helping them with other services needed, such as movers, landscapers, garage sale, estate sale, contractors, storage, clean up and clean out, and even referring them to attorneys. I serve the Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
