I have been a licensed agent and now broker for over 30 years.I have successfully sold and closed over 1500 properties in my career. I have specialized in lender owned properties for many of those years and all of the myriad of problems and issues that arise . I am extremely attentive to detail and I am a problem solver. I am very proficient in reading the title and will study the title and make sure that there are no issues that could potentially delay the successful closing of a property. I am able to direct and over see the estate sale process and will even obtain bids for any repairs that may be required in order to sell the property. I am very conscientious and will always look out for the clients interest before my own in this very difficult time.
