Tom Fleming

Hi, my name is Tom Fleming, and I am a practicing full-time Realtor® working with buyers and sellers to help achieve their dreams in buying or selling their homes in the south Florida marketplace. I have lived in Broward County since 1990 and focus my primary efforts in the North Broward area. I have been married over 29 years and am raising two boys in the local area As a family we enjoy going to sporting events, music, cooking, movies and travel.

Education and communication are important to me. I have completed my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), E-PRO to market efficiently on the internet, Certified Distressed Property Specialist and also am Certified as a Probate Real Estate Specialist. This allows me to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies to better serve my clients. In the case of probate, it has trained me that I need to provide many roles beyond realtor when helping families sell properties they may have only visited but never lived in.

My background includes a strong emphasis in direct marketing and sales and I have spent a lot of time working with several of the local communities on past projects. This gives me added knowledge of the local areas for educating new buyers in the area and helping sellers show the community as well. Raising a family in the local area has also given me further insights into the different programs available within the varying cities people look to relocate to.
